Acceptable Use Policy

Kindred is built to help people understand complex topics through structured, multi-disciplinary analysis. It is a tool for learning, research, professional analysis, decision-making, and informed discussion. We expect users to engage with it in good faith and to apply their own judgment to what it produces.

You may not use Kindred to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any person or group.
• Generate or distribute material that sexually exploits minors, or content that depicts non-consensual sexual conduct.
• Produce misleading analysis designed to deceive readers about its provenance, including content presented as a factual record when it is not.
• Circumvent the platform's analytical framework to produce one-sided propaganda, or to strip out perspectives the platform was designed to surface.
• Substitute platform output for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice that requires a licensed professional.
• Generate content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempt to extract, train on, or otherwise misappropriate the platform's prompts, models, or proprietary editorial methodology.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or systematically harvest platform output beyond what your account is licensed for.
• Test or probe the platform's security without our prior written authorization, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
• Violate applicable law, regulation, or any third-party rights through your use of Kindred.

You may share, cite, export, and build on any analysis Kindred generates. We ask that you represent the analysis honestly. Do not selectively quote in ways that misrepresent the platform's multi-perspective approach. If you use a Kindred Output in a public-facing context, attributing the source and acknowledging the platform's role is good practice.

If you believe an analysis is biased, materially incorrect, or unfair, we want to know. Contact us at hello@bekindred.ai and we will investigate. Our commitment to analytical integrity is genuine, and user reports are one of the ways we hold ourselves accountable.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate an account that violates this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity. For most violations we will attempt to contact the account holder before taking action; for clear abuse or activity that threatens users or the platform we may act immediately. The right to enforce this policy is part of the Consumer Terms and Business Terms.
