The platform provides structured analytical output generated by AI. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. Analyses are informational and educational. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Kindred provides the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform output.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
