Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you use a third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.

Analysis data: When you run an analysis, we store the query you submit and the structured output the platform generates. This data is stored for your benefit: to build your personal analysis library, enable search, and support export features.

Usage data: We collect aggregate, privacy-preserving usage metrics (e.g., total analyses run, feature usage patterns) to improve the product. We do not track individual browsing behavior or sell analytics data to third parties.

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the service you signed up for. Specifically: to run analyses, store your library, apply your preferences, and improve platform quality through aggregate metrics. We do not use your analysis content to train AI models without explicit, informed, opt-in consent.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data, enforced at the database level, not application code. API keys and credentials are stored in secure environment variables, never in source code.

Access: You can view all your analyses, settings, and account data at any time through the platform.

Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent, a true hard delete, not a soft flag. All analyses, phase outputs, tags, links, preferences, feedback, and trace logs are permanently removed.

Portability: You can export any analysis in multiple formats (Markdown, Word, PDF) at any time.

The platform uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate analyses. Your query text is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their API terms. We do not send personally identifiable information to Anthropic; we send only the analysis query and context.

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Vercel for frontend hosting. We do not use third-party analytics services that track individual user behavior.
