Subprocessor List

Kindred uses a small number of trusted subprocessors to operate the service. We disclose every one of them here and notify customers before adding a new one.

Current Subprocessors

The third parties below process personal data on Kindred's behalf to operate the platform. Each is bound by a written agreement with confidentiality and security obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement.

Change Notification

We notify business customers at least thirty (30) days before a new subprocessor begins processing their personal data, by email to the account contact and by updating this page. A customer who objects on reasonable grounds related to data protection may exercise the rights set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

Where a change is required urgently to maintain the security or availability of the service, we may engage a new subprocessor on shorter notice and document the reason at the next update.
