How do notes and jots work?

One living note per analysis, and free-standing jots for thoughts that arrive on their own.

How they work

Every analysis has one living note. Open an analysis, scroll past the assessment, and write. Kindred saves as you type, and the note stays one evolving page rather than a trail of entries.

Jots are free-standing notes with no analysis attached, for thoughts that arrive on their own; create them from the Notes page. Both gather on the Notes page in the rail, listed by last edit.

Note bodies are encrypted at rest like analysis content, which means they are readable only by you and are never searchable. Deleting an analysis deletes its note. Deleting your account deletes everything, and your full account export includes your notes in plain text.
